BEG EM – Fördersätze Gebäudehülle (ab 21.07.2026)

Förderfähige Maßnahmen
Dämmung von Außenwänden, Dachflächen, Geschossdecken und Bodenflächen, Fenster und Außentüren, sommerlicher Wärmeschutz.

Rechenbeispiel 1 WE, 60.000 € Maßnahmenkosten:
- ohne iSFP: 30.000 € × 15 % = 4.500 €
- mit iSFP: 60.000 € × 15 % = 9.000 € plus 5 % auf den Mehrbetrag von 30.000 € = 1.500 € → 10.500 €
Der erhöhte Kostenrahmen gilt auch bei fehlender iSFP-Antragsberechtigung des Eigentümers — das betrifft Energieberater.
WPB-Bonus ab Q1/2027
Zusätzlich 5 Prozentpunkte für Dämmmaßnahmen an einem Worst Performing Building. Bedingungen: nur Dämmung der Gebäudehülle (nicht Fenster, Türen, sommerlicher Wärmeschutz); WPB-Status bereits bei der ersten Antragstellung; geförderter iSFP mit der Maßnahme als Sanierungsvorschlag; Bezug auf die kompletten förderfähigen Kosten ohne 30.000-€-Mindestinvestition; maximal drei Anträge.
Anforderungen
- U-Werte nach den Technischen Mindestanforderungen (TMA) der BEG EM, z. B. Außenwand U ≤ 0,20 W/(m²K), Fenster Uw ≤ 0,95 W/(m²K)
- Ausführung durch ein Fachunternehmen
- Bestätigung eines Energieeffizienz-Experten (TPB vor Antrag / TPN nach Durchführung)
Antragsweg
Antrag beim BAFA vor Maßnahmenbeginn. Bei Antragstellung muss bereits ein Vertrag mit der Fachfirma vorliegen, der unter aufschiebender oder auflösender Bedingung der Förderzusage steht und das voraussichtliche Umsetzungsdatum nennt.

BEG EM (Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings – Individual Measures) – Funding Rates for the Building Envelope (from July 21, 2026)
Status: BEG EM Guideline dated August 17, 2026 (BAnz AT 27.08.2026), valid for applications from July 21, 2026.
Eligible Measures
Insulation of exterior walls, roof surfaces, floor slabs, and floor surfaces, windows and exterior doors, summer heat protection.

Calculation example for 1 residential unit, €60,000 measure costs:
- without iSFP: €30,000 × 15 % = €4,500
- with iSFP: €60,000 × 15 % = €9,000 plus 5 % on the excess amount of €30,000 = €1,500 → €10,500
The increased cost limit also applies if the owner is not eligible to apply for an iSFP (individual renovation roadmap) — this concerns energy consultants.
WPB Bonus from Q1/2027
An additional 5 percentage points for insulation measures on a Worst Performing Building. Conditions: only insulation of the building envelope (not windows, doors, summer heat protection); WPB status already at the initial application; funded iSFP with the measure listed as a renovation recommendation; applies to the total eligible costs without a €30,000 minimum investment; maximum of three applications.
Requirements
- U-values according to the Technical Minimum Requirements (TMA) of the BEG EM, e.g. exterior wall U ≤ 0.20 W/(m²K), window Uw ≤ 0.95 W/(m²K)
- Execution by a specialist contractor
- Confirmation by an energy efficiency expert (TPB prior to application / TPN after implementation)
Application Procedure
Application to BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control) prior to the start of measures. When submitting the application, a contract with the specialist contractor must already exist, concluded subject to the condition precedent or subsequent of funding approval and specifying the prospective implementation date.

All programs are subject to the availability of budgetary funds.
