Der iSFP-Bonus von 5 Prozentpunkten gilt bei der Effizienzverbesserung und der Anlagentechnik — nur auf den Kostenanteil oberhalb 30.000 €. Kostenrahmen 1. WE: 30.000 € ohne, 60.000 € mit iSFP.
Geförderte Maßnahmen — Heizungsoptimierung
- Hydraulischer Abgleich (nach Verfahren B; ein abgeglichenes Heizungssystem ist Fördervoraussetzung)
- Austausch von Heizungspumpen gegen Hocheffizienzpumpen
- Einbau von Einzelraumtemperaturreglern
- Dämmung von Rohrleitungen und Armaturen
- Optimierung der Regelungstechnik
Voraussetzung: Die bestehende Heizungsanlage ist älter als zwei Jahre; mit fossilen Brennstoffen (z. B. Öl, Gas) betriebene Anlagen dürfen nicht älter als 20 Jahre sein (BEG EM, Technische Mindestanforderungen Nr. 4.1). Gefördert wird dies in Gebäuden mit höchstens fünf Wohneinheiten. Für ältere fossile Anlagen kommt der Heizungstausch (KfW 458) in Betracht.
Anlagentechnik
Lüftungsanlagen mit Wärmerückgewinnung, digitale Systeme zur Verbrauchsoptimierung, Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik.
Lüftungsanlagen mit Wärmerückgewinnung: Wärmebereitstellungsgrad mindestens 80 %.
Wirkung
Die Heizungsoptimierung senkt den Heizenergiebedarf erfahrungsgemäß um 8 bis 15 % — bei vergleichsweise geringen Investitionskosten oft die wirtschaftlichste Einzelmaßnahme.
Antrag
Antrag beim BAFA vor Vorhabenbeginn; bei Antragstellung muss ein Liefer- oder Leistungsvertrag mit aufschiebender oder auflösender Bedingung der Förderzusage vorliegen.

The iSFP (individual renovation roadmap) bonus of 5 percentage points applies to efficiency improvement and building systems technology — only to the portion of costs above €30,000. Cost ceiling for the first residential unit (WE): €30,000 without an iSFP, €60,000 with an iSFP.
Funded measures — heating optimisation
- Hydraulic balancing (according to Method B; a hydraulically balanced heating system is a funding requirement)
- Replacement of heating pumps with high-efficiency pumps
- Installation of individual room temperature controllers
- Insulation of pipes and fittings
- Optimisation of control technology
Requirement: The existing heating system is more than two years old; systems operated with fossil fuels (e.g. oil, gas) must be no more than 20 years old (BEG EM, Technical Minimum Requirements No. 4.1). This is funded in buildings with a maximum of five residential units. For older fossil-fuel systems, heating system replacement (KfW 458) may be an option.
Building systems technology
Ventilation systems with heat recovery, digital systems for consumption optimisation, measurement, control and regulation technology.
Ventilation systems with heat recovery: heat recovery efficiency of at least 80 %.
Impact
Heating optimisation typically reduces heating energy demand by 8 to 15 % — with comparatively low investment costs, it is often the most cost-effective individual measure.
Application
Application to BAFA before the start of the project; at the time of application, a supply or service contract with a condition precedent or condition subsequent regarding the funding commitment must be in place.
