Kombination von Photovoltaik und energetischer Sanierung ist besonders sinnvoll: PV erzeugt Strom für Wärmepumpe → senkt Betriebskosten drastisch. Förderung PV: Über KfW 270 (Erneuerbaren Energien – Standard) mit Kredit bis 150 Mio. €. Eigenverbrauchsoptimierung: Batteriespeicher erhöht Eigenverbrauch von 30 % auf 60–80 %. Wichtig: PV-Anlage selbst wird nicht über BEG gefördert, aber die Kombination mit Wärmepumpe erzeugt erhebliche Synergiepotenziale. Steuerbefreiung: PV-Anlagen bis 30 kWp je Wohn- bzw. Gewerbeeinheit sind seit 2022 (rückwirkend ab 01.01.2022, § 3 Nr. 72 EStG) ertragsteuerfrei.

PV funding: Via KfW (Credit Institute for Reconstruction) 270 (Renewable Energies – Standard) with a loan of up to €150 million. Self-consumption optimization: Battery storage increases self-consumption from 30% to 60–80%. Important: The PV system itself is not funded via the BEG (Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings), but the combination with a heat pump creates significant synergy potential. Tax exemption: PV systems up to 30 kWp per residential or commercial unit have been exempt from income tax since 2022 (retroactively from January 1, 2022, § 3 Nr. 72 EStG).
