Dämmung fördern – Dach, Wand, Keller
Gefördert werden: Außenwanddämmung (U-Wert ≤ 0,20 W/m²K), Dachdämmung (U-Wert ≤ 0,14 W/m²K), Kellerdecke/Bodendämmung (U-Wert ≤ 0,25 W/m²K). Förderhöhe: 15 % auf max. 30.000 € förderfähige Kosten für die erste WE (mit iSFP 60.000 €; ab der 2. WE 15.000 € bzw. 30.000 €); der iSFP-Bonus von 5 Prozentpunkten gilt nur für den Kostenanteil über 30.000 € – höchstens 10.500 € Zuschuss für die erste WE. Wichtig: Für Dämmmaßnahmen ist ein Energieeffizienz-Experte (EEE) Pflicht. Bei Eigenleistung sind nur die Materialkosten förderfähig, wenn ein EEE die fachgerechte Ausführung bestätigt.

Insulation Funding – Roof, Wall, Basement
Eligible for funding: exterior wall insulation (U-value ≤ 0.20 W/m²K), roof insulation (U-value ≤ 0.14 W/m²K), basement ceiling/floor insulation (U-value ≤ 0.25 W/m²K). Funding amount: 15% on max. €30,000 in eligible costs for the first residential unit (WE) (with iSFP (renovation roadmap) €60,000; from the 2nd WE onwards €15,000 or €30,000, respectively); the iSFP bonus of 5 percentage points applies only to the cost portion exceeding €30,000 – a maximum grant of €10,500 for the first WE. Important: An energy efficiency expert (EEE – Energieeffizienz-Experte) is mandatory for insulation measures. In the case of DIY work, only material costs are eligible for funding if an EEE confirms proper execution.
